Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note: Sale items cannot be refunded.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at orders@globalbuildingukltd.com to notify us of your return.
- Package the item securely, including your proof of purchase.
- Send the parcel to:

We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method for valuable items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us first, then send the item to our returns address.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
